PteroTowns allows you to setup a location to spawn an unlimited amout of models to teleport a player (or running a command). Hovering the model will make it larger and by clicking it the player will be teleported. The plugin includes a requirement system based on placeholders to setup any kind of condition which the players has to meet before teleporting.
